Not sure what's up with the one guy's teeth...I think/hope it's a mouth guard...Also, the music's pretty shitty and reminds one of "The Karate Kid" or some other similar film "Over the Top"....

There are a lot of control and domination issues at work in such situations and it can look gay, I guess...But some of the fights are totally stand-up...If it goes to the ground, then they gotta grapple. Most fights (bar room or otherwise) tend to go to the ground...
If you're looking forward to the Borat movie, then I gotta tell you that I've heard a lot about a naked wrestling scene that is sure to look even gayer...Though I haven't seen it, I think it's gonna be pretty damn funny though...

If I'm not mistaken, that crappy music is the theme song from "The Transformers" movie, circa 1985 or something. It's literally so bad that it IS amazing. Few songs can claim to have done that.
In a really beautiful touch of irony, Mark Wahlberg sings this song in "Boogie Nights" as part of his porn-star character's abortive recording career. Frickin' cool.
